    Join Kevin on this day course to learn how to utilise and create some wonderful seasonal dishes with Yorkshire's local ingredients. Dishes to typically include: trout fritters with Black Sheep beer batter and foraged salsa verde, Yorkshire cheese souffle, Bridlington mussel & cockle broth with leeks and Yorkshire cider garnished with quail eggs, and duck with cherries, sweet potato and five spiced sauce. The try your hand at the popular custard tart with seasonal fruit. Dishes subject to change.

Dishes to typically include: rabbit with parma ham & polenta, roast duck breast with pakchoi ginger and coriander, oriental beef with pickled cucumber, chicken with mushrooms leeks and Marc de Bourgogne sauce, pork fillet with mustard crust and borlotti beans and lambs liver with balsamic vinegar and raisins.
